Lakeview Grains in Lilly Chapel is looking to hire 1 full time position
Scale House Operator
Responsibilities include:
Customer Service
Office and bookkeeping assistance
Grain Grading and weighing
Grain Marketing
Requirements are:
18 years of age with High School Diploma or GED
Good written and oral communication skills
Professional attitude
Computer skills including Microsoft Office knowledge and accurate Data Entry
Motivated, self-starter who works well independently and with others
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift 50 lbs
Preferred, but not required:
Grain Grading License (you will have to get one while working, if you don’t already have one)
Basic farming and grain knowledge or 4-H experience
Retail or Sales Experience
Pay is dependent on experience and knowledge. Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime available during harvest.
